Other components in the zinc alloy die casting manufacturer's grinding tool contain cores double warp plates and so on. The cores are the components used to punch or open the holes in the casting parts, and they can also be used to lift the key points of the casting parts.
There are three types of core keys: fixed immovable, subject active, and loose type.
The orientation of the fixed immobile cores is parallel to the orientation of the casting part sliding off the grinding tool, and they are either fixed or not permanently attached to the grinding tool.
Mobile cores can be laid out in all orientations except for the sliding-off orientation, and the subject mobile cores must be removed from the mold core using the separating equipment before opening the grinding tool after the casting has been solidified. The guide slider and the subject movable core are very close to each other, the big difference depends on the guide slider that can be used to produce the inverted concave surface layer. The application of cores and slides in aluminum die casting can significantly increase the cost.
Loose cores, also known as take-down blocks, can be used to produce complex surfaces, such as threaded holes. Before each cycle can begin, the slides must be manually installed and eventually released with the cast part. The loose cores are then removed. Loose cores are the most expensive cores, because they require a lot of labor to produce and they increase the cycle time.
The injection mold is composed of two parts, the cover part and the subject active part, and the part where they are fused is called the clinical diagnostic line. In hot chamber aluminum die casting, the cover section has a glue inlet, while in cold chamber aluminum die casting it is the injection port. The molten metal can be fed into the tool from here, and this position corresponds to the injection nozzle in hot chamber aluminum die casting or the injection chamber in cold chamber aluminum die casting.
The active part generally contains the pendulum and its runners, which are, to put it bluntly, the safe passage between the glue inlet and the die core, according to which the molten metal material enters the die core. The cover section is usually connected to a fixed immovable pin or front pin, while the subject movable section is connected to a moving pin. The core is divided into 2 core inserts, which are separate elements that can be easily removed or installed from the grinding tool according to the foot bolt relativity.
The grinding tool is designed in such a way that when the tool is opened, the casting piece is left in the active part of the subject. The pendulum of the active part will then release the casting. The pendulum is usually driven according to the pin, and it will drive all the pendulums with precisely the same size of energy, so as to ensure that the casting is not destroyed.
When the casting is released, the pins are gathered and all the pendulums are taken back, fully prepared for the next aluminum die casting. Because the casting is still at a high temperature when it comes out of the mold, only the total number of pendulums is enough to ensure that the working pressure on each pendulum is small enough to not destroy the casting. However, the pendulum will still leave marks, so it is important to design the plan carefully so that the part of the pendulum will not easily cause too much harm to the operation of the casting.
